The Haeger 824 model is easier and faster to set-up and operate, offering more reliable fastener feeding and more workpiece accessibility than ever before.
Haeger 824 Insert System
The built-in harddrive allows the operator to save files for each customer part, detailing type and quantity of insert, sheet metal material, tooling and force used. The operator also benefits from a touch screen that can be programmed to display photos of previously manufactured batches. This can be used to highlight which holes to insert, the sequence, and the tooling required. Increasing accuracy and repeatability, whilst significantly decreasing operator error.
