With over 200 collective years of sheet metal manufacturing experience and industry leading 3D CAD/CAM software, we know what makes a great product as well as how to make it. We have experience in reverse engineering small sheet metal components, as well as complex multi-body assemblies with a variety of manufacturing processes and finishes.
We offer a design support service to clients who may need an experienced voice in the design process or who might not have access to the type of 3D software required. Falcon are experienced in using a variety of software including Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and Radan, to reduce manufacturing as well as development costs. We can help design for full sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining/turning and 3D printing, in a wide range of materials and finishes, complete with engineering and assembly drawings if required.

By using Falcon as a design resource we can help you utilise our wide range of tooling, avoiding any unnecessary tooling or jigging charges. We can help you design parts suited to laser cutting so they nest economically on a sheet of metal, or form multiple parts with a single punch on a press brake to reduce costs at higher volumes.
Some Falcon designed parts are manufactured in the thousands whilst others are on a planned delivery schedule to blend seamlessly with the customers assembly and delivery targets.
